FAQ - T&Cs

About our bakes

• Baked in a Muslim kitchen, all our bakes are made with HALAL ingredients.

• Sizes and flavors for cake cakes and cupcakes can be found on the respective pages. Cakes are round by default but square cakes are available upon request (prices may vary).

• Bakes are best eaten on the day of purchase but can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 days to retain freshness. Please allow refrigerated bakes to come to room temperature before consuming.

• We are currently NOT taking in full fondant cake orders but buttercream cakes/cupcakes with some fondant decorations can still be ordered.

• Yes, we take orders for bakes with edible image.

Orders

• All orders are to be made at least 7 days in advance.

• Last minute orders made less than 7 days in advance may incur a surcharge.

• All pricing found on our page is a general guideline and customizations may incur extra costs.

• Please await our follow-up email after submitting orders via the online form for further action.

Payments and Deposits

• Please await our follow-up and advise (via email) before transferring any payments.

• All payments are to be made via Bank Transfer.

• 50% deposits for cakes and 100% payment for cupcakes are to be made within 3 days to ensure a secured slot and prevent cancellation of order.

• Confirmation of orders will be sent via email once payment has been received.

• Screenshot of payment receipt/reference number (for online banking) are to be provided upon payment.

• All deposits are non-refundable unless Naz's Pasteleria initiates the cancellation due to unforseen circumstances. In such a situation, full refund will be provided.

Delivery and Collection

• Delivery is done upon request and our availability. Separate charges will be quoted depending on delivery address.

• Self-collection is nearby Yio Chu Kang MRT. Exact address will be given upon order confirmation.
